  • Conduct due diligence for the client on release of applicable:

    • Service Releases
    • Hot Fixes
    • Patches
    • Other manufacturer recommendations


  • Apply as necessary to the client's systems.


  • Document all actions in the client's Network Notebook.


Upgrade
  • Implement Hardware Upgrades to the client's existing system.


  • Implement Software Upgrades to the client's existing system.


  • Document all actions in the client's Network Notebook.
